Hyperion Villas are 2 modern and newly built villas situated in the ourskirts of the well known tourist village of Agia Pelagia.The distance from the town of Heraklion is 20 km. away. The villas have access to two wonderful beaches (Ligaria and Agia Pelagia), in a distance of about 1200 m (7-10 minutes walk) where also all the amenities can be found. One of the villas is accessible for the physically disabled. In the front of the villas there is a spacious parking.

The villas are suitable for 4-6 persons each (approx. 90 sq.m.each). Each villa has a living room in the middle floor with fireplace and with satellite TV, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a shower/wc. An internal staircase leads upstairs, where there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC. In this bedroom there is also a safe for storing all the valuables. From the middle floor a staircase leads downstairs where there is one more bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite facilities (shower/wc). Both have two big balconies (on the top balcony there is an outside jacuzzi with a wonderful view.

The villas are air-conditioned throughout and each bedroom has its own TV. On the exrterior of each villa there is a private pool in a size of 20 m2 with a terrace around it. The pool area is equipped with pool furniture and BBQ facilities. A car is considered to be essential for exploring the area and the whole island.
