Villa Avra is a modern villa , set high on a hillside, offering wonderful panoramic sea views across the bay of Georgioupolis and the long beach of Petres which is in a distance of 600 m.The villa is attached to villa Pyrgos.The house is 105 sqm in size, with three bedrooms and suitable for 6-7 people. The villa has its own 32 m2 swimming pool with Jacuzzi jets, set in private garden where also is a built in stone BBQ and a play area for children.

It is divided in 2 floors.On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds, all with air conditioning and all with en suite facilities with shower/WC. An internal iron staircase leads to the ground floor where is the living room area which opens onto a beautiful sun terrace offering superb views across the surrounding countryside to the sea. Furthermore is a fully equipped kitchenette, another bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower/wc. In the equipment of the villa also belong, a washing machine and a dishwasher, each villa has the additional modern facilities of a Satellite TV, Stereo, and DVD.

The villa is situated about 1,8 km outside of the old traditional village of Episkopi, 7 km east of the beachside village of Georgioupolis, and 14 km west of Rethymnon town. There are a few taverns and shops in Episkopi, with a larger choice in both Georgioupolis and Rethymnon. The lake of Kournas, (in Crete the only lake), and the pretty village of Argyroupoli with its impressive springs are also in a close distance. Car hire is considered to be essential.
