Villa Erato is a traditional stone built house, in the outskirts of Prines village which is approx. 10 minutes drive from Rethymno town , some 7 km. away .In the village of Prines a mini market ,a kafenion and a couple of taverns can be found. In the neighbour village of Atsipopoulo, only 500 m. from Prines there is a bakery, three supermarkets, an Internet cafe and several taverns with traditional Greek food for local prices.

Villa Erato is 100sqm in size, divided in 2 floors , suitable for up to 5 people. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed , a shower/Wc and the living/dining area with fireplace, TV, stereo-cd connected with a well equipped kitchen.Telephone and internet connection are also possible.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor of the villa with one more bedroom, with double bed and a bathroom. Also in this bedroom there is 1 A/C unit. In front of the villa is a 28sqm private swimming pool and beautiful garden. A car is considered to be essential in order to explore the area and the whole island.
