East of Preveli are 2 detached villas, named Chrysa and Fei each with private pools. Situated on a hill overlooking the Libyan sea just 3 km. from Ammoudi and 4 km. from the Lake of Preveli. There are taverna`s and a mini market (for basic provisions). Spili is at a distance of 20 km. where banks, supermarkets and many other amenities can be found. Plakias is about 18 km. away. The city of Rethymnon is at a distance of 50 km.

Each villa consists of 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 people. Both villas are identical and are just a short walk away from the beach. On the ground floor there is a sitting / dining room with a fireplace and a TV corner unit, facing is a beautiful veranda with patio furniture, overlooking the Libyan sea. From the veranda a few steps lead down to the pool and beautiful garden with plants and flowers. On the same floor there is an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and chairs, and is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker etc.
Further on there is a shower/wc.

An internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are the 2 bedrooms. One with double bed and one with 2 single beds sharing a bathroom and a big balcony with patio furniture offering superb views of the sea.
A car is considered to be essential in order to explore the area and the whole island
