Villa Alexandra is a beautiful modern villa built in 2005, the size is 80 sq. m and can easily accommodate up to 5 people. It is situated only 300 meters from the beach., The centre of Almirida bay where all amenities can be found, such as taverns, bars, restaurants, and super markets is just a short walk away. The distance to the town of Hania is about 25 km away and the nearest airport is Hania, which is a distance of 30 km, some 30 minutes drive. Heraklion airport, the second airport in Crete, where it is possible to get cheaper flights has a transfer time of about one and a half hours.

The villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with a nice fireplace, an open plan kitchen (fully equipped: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), a shower/wc and a storeroom. An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor where there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both sharing a spacious bath/wc where there is also a washing machine. Both bedrooms lead to a large balcony. Both bedrooms and the living room and dining room are air-conditioned (for cooling or heating if necessary). There is a TV set, a DVD player and a CD player.

Villa Alexandra belongs to a complex of villas and even that there are neighbouring houses it is still very private, it has its own garden and private area a long with a nice round swimming pool, which has a size of 20 sqm.. Around the pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas, which are available for sunbathing. On the veranda of the villa in front of the house and next to the beautiful garden there is patio furniture for relaxation. At the back of the villa there is a stone built barbeque, giving you the ability to cook everything you want in a traditional way. A car is not necessary as the villa is located in an excellent spot just a short walking distance to the beach and the amenities. Children are most welcome in the villa and a high Chair and a baby cot can be provided.
