Villa Lydia is a beautiful modern villa built in 2005, in a size of 100 sq. m and can easily accommodate up to 5 people. It is situated only 300 meters, from the beach and the centre of Almirida bay where all amenities can be found, such as taverns, bars, restaurants, and super markets The distance to the town of Hania is about 25 km away and the nearest airport is Hania in a distance of 30 km, some 30 minutes drive. From Heraklion airport, the second airport in Crete, where it is possible to get cheaper flights, the transfer time is about one and a half hours.

The villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor there are a spacious living-dining room with a nice fireplace, an open plan kitchen (fully equipped: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer), a shower/WC and a storey room. An internal marble staircase leads to the upper floor where are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, sharing a spacious bath/WC where also is the washing machine. Both bedrooms lead to a large balcony. Both bedrooms and the living dining room are air-conditioned (for cooling or heating if necessary). In the equipment of the villa also belong a DVD, a satellite TV set and a CD player.

Villa Lydia belongs to a complex of villas and even that there are neighbor houses, it has its own garden and private area as long as a nice swimming pool which has a size of 25 sqm. Around the pool there are deck chairs and umbrellas, which are available for sunbathing. In the veranda of its villa in front of the house and next to the beautiful garden there are patio furniture for relaxation and a portable barbeque, giving the ability to cook everything you want in a traditional way. A car is not necessary as the villa is located in an excellent spot just a short walking distance to the beach and the amenities. Children are most welcome in the villa and a high Chair and a baby cot can be provided.
