The complex VILLAS ELEON is built in a particularly peaceful and ever green environment only 300m from the sea. In an olive grove of 600 acres at the seaside village Tavronitis, Hania, 19 km northwest of the city and just a 20 minute ride from the center, we try to combine a high quality traditional structure with the use of local materials such as stone, wood, tiles, sea pebbles and iron, offering modern amenities.

 

The complex ELEON villas include a playground for our youngest friends but also a games area for: board games target practice, billiards, table tennis, basketball area and private parking and is surrounded by a stone fence with private entrance. All pools, both indoor and outdoor ones do not use chlorine for the safety of the bathers. They operate with an ionized mechanism. Villa Nineta is a beautiful house of 3 bedrooms about 140 sq.m. It offers an outdoor pool 4m x 7m and indoor pool 2m x 4m divided from the rest of the living room by a large glass door exactly opposite the fire-place. The ground floor includes a large living room-cum- dining room, a kitchen, a sitting room and a small WC.


On the first floor there are three bedrooms: two of them with double beds and small WC and one with 2 single beds, as well as the main bathroom. Two large balconies surround the first floor. On the ground floor there are large verandas, all around, that lead to the outdoor pool, the big garden and the BBQ.
