Levi Villa is a stone made traditional manor-house situated in the traditional village SIVAS. The house was built in 1900 and was renovated with attention to every detail in 2004 and can accommodate fro 2 up to 6 persons.
The entrance to the house leads to an open sitting area and a swimming pool (3.50m x 7.00m, 1.30m deep). Entering the house you see a spacious living room with a fireplace, traditional pieces of furniture, comfortable sofas, TV satellite, DVD, HI-FI system and a sofa convertible to a single bed. A stone made arch leads to the dinning area and the fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, percolator, electric cooker, fridge, toaster and countless useful things). Next to the kitchen there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a cabin (having hydro-massage, ham-am, perfume therapy), hair dryer and washing machine. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor where there is another bedroom with wooden floor (ondas) with a double and a single bed and a terrace tidied up to a garden which offers a great view. There is also a/c (cooling-heating), safe box and electric iron.
This villa is unique because it has its own personality and is located in a place that many feasts and celebrations take place during the summer. All necessary shops, taverns, cafenions, mini markets, gift shops can be found in the village, while a wider choice is offered in Matalla, Mires,Tympaki ,small towns close to Sivas.
