At the beginning of a green olive grove of 4 acres on the side of a hill lies Henry Villa, 14 km to the east of the city of Rethymno, within the seaside settlement of Stavromenos. The special position of the villa offers a unique unlimited view to the sea and up to the city of Rethymno. Visitors can relax watching the magnificent sunset, as the sun disappears behind the cape of Souda.
This villa is a ground floor building of 150 sq. m. consisting of a large open space in which there is, the reception hall, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and four bedrooms, three of which are equipped with single beds while in the fourth one there is a double bed.
Each bedroom has a built-in WC and shower. At the outdoor space of Henry Villa, we can find the swimming pool, covering a surface of 35 sq. m. whose the most shallow point is 1.00 m. while the deepest is 1.50 m.
Next to the swimming pool, at a higher level, there is the space for the barbecue and the traditional oven burning wood. This space can alternatively be used as a second dining room - living room, during the day as there is a pergola made from logs of cypress tree and reeds, offering the required shade to the resident.
Around the Henry Villa we can see a lot of rose bushes and palm trees as well as various bushes which offer a special picture to the visitor.
