Alessandra Villa is an attractive two-storey property located only 2km from the town of Agios Nikolaos, which offers a selection of shops and restaurants. Set in its own grounds the villa has breathtaking views of the Bay of Mirambello and the Sitia mountain range in the distance.
The front door opens up to a spacious living room with feature fireplace, comfy sofas and chairs are centred around the home cinema system which include CD, DVD, Playstation 2 and Satellite system. The owner Andonis has also provided some games and DVD's for your use. The dining area next to the kitchen has seating for 8, whilst the kitchen is out of this world with American style fridge freezer with ice maker, cold water and crushed ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and built in Espresso/cappucino machine. Patio doors stretch the length of the villa giving easy access to the terrace with remote control sun shade. From here steps lead down to the lawned pool area. The 9.5 metre pool has built in steps in either corner and features a Jacuzzi and reverse swim jet. At the bottom of the lawned garden is a large wooden pergola housing a beautifully carved solid teak table and chairs, built in barbeque and a wood burning oven.
Back inside the villa, a carved wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where you can find a Master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, which has a hydro massage steam shower. There are two further bedrooms on this floor a double and a twin that share a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The washing machine and tumble dryer are also housed here. The fourth bedroom is reached via a half staircase from the first floor to a turret room. This double bedroom has en-suite shower room and the most breathtaking views across the Bay.
Wireless internet connection is available, please bring your own computer which must be wi-fi enabled or use LAN Ethernet cable. The owner also provides bathrobes, one per person, for the duration of your holiday.
